While broadening his knowledge of whiskeys over the years, Andreas has also increased the selection of whiskies at the Hotel Bellevue. To date, his collection includes over 30 premium labels from around the world. Besides the well-known Scottish and Irish brands from the great whiskey nations, his distillates come from the USA, Canada, Japan and Austria – and even South Tyrol!
